Beyond the Blueprint: My Purpose Is Helping You Find Yours.

My journey from aerospace to utilities taught me how confusing career paths can be.

Now, I help others navigate their next steps with clarity and confidence.

Experience forged in industry.

My career journey through aerospace manufacturing and the utility industry taught me that technical skill alone isn't enough. It’s about connecting with people, fostering strong attitudes, professionalism, and communication. I learned that reliable, respectful, and supportive leaders truly open doors. I've always prioritized sharing knowledge, understanding diverse personalities, and engaging people effectively, contributing meaningfully to conversations and helping others grow with confidence and clarity.

From mentorship to dedicated coaching.

My path to career coaching began by mentoring students at my former university, helping them secure internships and witness their confidence flourish. This, combined with my own experiences navigating transitions across diverse industries, showed me the power of guidance. What I love most is helping individuals recognize their full potential, gain clarity, and move forward with purpose, knowing they have a clear path and unwavering support.

Taking the leap: growth beyond fear.

Feeling lost or facing a big career change can be daunting, and hesitation is natural. Many stand at the edge, overthinking, waiting for a perfect moment that never arrives. My approach is to help you take that crucial first step with confidence. I’ll encourage you, guide you past unnecessary mistakes, and teach you how to thrive in new environments. Growth begins when you stop waiting and start trusting yourself.

About me

My journey into engineering and career coaching did not follow a traditional path, and that is exactly why I am passionate about helping others find theirs.

It all started at Chaffey College in 2018 at the age of 29. At the time, I was far from confident in my academic abilities. In fact, I struggled so much with math that I had to begin with preparatory courses before I could even take classes for college credit. I was scared, uncertain, and unsure if I truly belonged, but I refused to give up.

While pursuing my Associate’s degree in Mathematics and Science, I worked full time, often more than 50 hours a week to support myself through school. Balancing demanding work hours with rigorous coursework was exhausting, but I stayed focused on my goal. At the same time, I made a conscious effort to protect the parts of life that kept me grounded. Staying active at the gym, watching the Dodgers play, and spending time at my family’s ranch with my grandfather reminded me why I was working so hard and helped me stay mentally strong.

After graduating from Chaffey, I transferred to Cal Poly Pomona, where I went on to earn my Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. In 2023, I applied for and secured an internship with a utility company, which opened the door to my current career in the utility industry. That opportunity marked the beginning of a new chapter, one built on years of perseverance, discipline, and belief in myself.

Much of my drive comes from losing my brother, who was my best friend, in 2016. That experience changed my perspective on life and pushed me to pursue something meaningful. It taught me the importance of purpose, direction, and making the most of every opportunity.

Looking back, the steps that led me here were clear. Commit to growth, stay focused, and never give up on yourself, even when the path feels uncertain.

I believe you do not need to experience something traumatic or life altering to change your future. What you need is clarity, consistency, and a plan. My goal is to help others see what is possible for themselves and guide them down the same path of focus, confidence, and success that I followed.

If my story proves anything, it is that with the right mindset and support, it is never too late to build the life and career you want.
